At Kanaska.com we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
  • Have original tags and packaging (if applicable)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items showing signs of wear or use

Exchanges

Need a different size?

We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size, subject to inventory availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A description of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the problem at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Gymbattz is not responsible for lost return packages.
